Fire retardant for professional wood protection

Intended:

For professional protection of wooden structures, in outdoor operation, periodic exposure to atmospheric precipitation, as well as wooden structures indoors, from ignition, combustion, flame propagation, as well as decay, mold, blue stain, wood-boring insects. It can be used as a primer before coating with paints and varnishes.

Application area:

For processing new and previously treated with fire retardants or antiseptics wooden rafters, beams, battens, ceilings, sheathing, partitions, walls and other wooden structures for residential, public, industrial and agricultural purposes in outdoor use and indoors.

Properties:

Tints wood to control the quality of processing (the dye is washed out);

Provides fire protection groups I and II.

I (highest) fire protection group - 500 g / m²

II (typical) fire protection group - 250 g / m2

Gives wood the properties of a flame retardant and hardly flammable material

Fire protection period is not less than 20 years

Security measures:

Work in goggles, gloves. Avoid ingestion and on open skin. In case of contact with eyes and mouth, rinse with water. When spraying, use a respirator.

Hazard class of the impregnating liquid - IV ("low hazard").

Dispose of as household waste.

Storage conditions:

Store in manufacturer's hermetically sealed containers separate from foodstuffs. After thawing and stirring, the properties are restored. Slight sedimentation is allowed. Shelf-life Unlimited.

To obtain a working solution, dilute the liquid concentrate with any fresh water in a ratio of 1: 4 (1 kg of concentrate + 4 l of water) and mix thoroughly. Treat wood that has been cleaned of dirt, bark, bast, coatings with a brush, roller, spraying, soaking or in any other way.

Carry out processing at a positive temperature. Do not handle frozen wood. Stir the composition before use. Apply the agent in 2 - 3 doses with an interval of 20-40 minutes, and a total consumption of at least 500 g / m² for fire protection group I, and at least 250 g / m² for fire protection group II and for biosecurity purposes.
